Hey Chiswick Chap, I will review this nice article. I'm new to GA assessment, but I'll do my best. Artem.G (talk) 06:19, 2 July 2021 (UTC)
- That's very good of you. Chiswick Chap (talk) 07:22, 2 July 2021 (UTC)

Few comments/question:
- "In The Prancing Pony Inn at Bree, Frodo Baggins jumps on a table and recites "a ridiculous song" supposedly invented by his cousin Bilbo." - shouldn't it be uncle Bilbo? (In Context section, the same in Performance versus folklore transmission)
- Cousin is definitely correct; the "uncle" thing is a loose phrase, often used. See Frodo Baggins#Family tree; it's based on Appendix C of The Lord of the Rings.
- You are right, thanks for clarification.

- "Scholars have noted that the light-hearted poem fits into a reworking by Tolkien of the Man in the Moon tradition" - shouldn't the Man in the Moon be in quotation marks? (in lead section, the same in Multi-layered tradition)
- Done.
- The article mentions the original Hey Diddle Diddle, so maybe it would be useful to include a short section about this rhyme, with quotation of the first stanza and a short history?
- Done.
- Thank you very much. Chiswick Chap (talk) 07:21, 2 July 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for quick fixes! As far as I see, everything is good - article's well-written, cite sources, has no edit wars, has no copyright violation (as far as I check), and covers the topic; and so IMO it is GA. Congrats!
