Novel

First edition

Austlit lists the first two editions of this novel as follows:

1. New York (City), New York (State), United States of America (USA) : Viking, 1966. Extent: 309p. Reprinted: 1973 Notes: Published February 1966.

2. London, England : Eyre and Spottiswoode, 1966. Extent: 317p. Notes: Published 12 May 1966
