Merge with Elisha Gray and Alexander Bell telephone controversy

This article should probably be merged with the Elisha Gray and Alexander Bell telephone controversy article since it is just a book about this issue. While it seems to make some worthwhile points, it does not seem that it should have its own article on Wikipedia. Instead, its dissenting opinion about the issue should be condensed into a section of the aforementioned controversy. That seems to be more appropriate for an encyclopedia... The material from Shulman's book has already been added to the "Elisha Gray and Alexander Bell telephone controversy" article (in the Background section) with reference to Shulman's book. I suggest deletion of the "The Telephone Gambit" article. Greensburger (talk) 03:01, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
