This reads like a press release, or as if it's written by its subject. Most statements are unreferenced, and links to sources 3, 4 and 6 cited as references lead either nowhere or to articles unrelated to the case in point (ref. 4). The unreferenced statements need citations, and references cited need active links that are reliable and relevant.
