Just wondered if anyone has the appropriate software & time to show the synthetic route. It's a really interesting one if quite lengthy. I imagine the overall yield is pretty low so this IS purely academic to show the 3 separate projects in which benzamides were made. I would suggest that the amount of work done on this class would make it an excellent candidate for a thesis BUT of no use to people looking to make illicit opiates. My new rule is NEVER research and post a compound that could lead to harm. Potent opiates are VERY dangerous and I was horrified by the deaths caused by U-47700. This one will NOT end up on the black market.
