Title[edit]

I think this should be University Grants Committee (Hong Kong), as is the style for University Grant Commissions. It is not unique, for example the University Grants Committee of the UK.Chemical Engineer (talk) 11:04, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

OK, thanks. But I still don't think it makes sense for the University Grants Committee page to default to the Hong Kong UGC. Shouldn't this be renamed to University Grants Committee (Hong Kong), and there be a disambig page for University Grants Committee (like there is for University Grants Commission)?
