Our naming of kibbutz articles is pretty inconsistent. "Usha (kibbutz)" fits one pattern that exists but isn't used much. "Usha, Israel" is another pattern, used slight more. I don't have a strong feeling about either. I don't like "Usha (city)" though, since it sounds like an existing city. "Usha (ancient city)" would be better and help to distinguish the two.
