As I have eliminated all sentences that could have created the impression of not being neutral I would like to know what else I should do to avoid the "leaning balance" on top?

To point out that it was a matter of taste if a spectator prefered the style of Holiday On Ice or if he or she prefered the style of the Vienna Ice Revue is at any rate neutral.

As a matter of fact, Austrians won more than 50% of all World titles in male single skating before World War II. So it is clear that Austria once belonged to the world´s leading figure skating nations.

As far as the quotations are concerned: My book about the Vienna Ice Revue is the only one that has ever been written about this Viennese institution. So it is not wrong to refer to it. On the contrary: It would be wrong not to list it (among others) in the chapter "sources".
