Why is the word "Wellbeing" capitalized?

Why is the word "Wellbeing" capitalized? Why not capitalize all three words (i.e. Wellbeing Services Counties). Only capitalize one word looks weird to me. 2001:8003:9100:2C01:F5CC:4274:4EEB:2499 (talk) 00:50, 23 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
