- Hello. Thank you for nominating this article for DYK. Unfortunately, I will have to close this nomination as failed for two reasons. Firstly, there are many parts of the article that are unsourced. These unsourced parts are at Color, Objective, Symbolic representations, Social significance, Literature and Application. Of these sections, the majority of the subsections in Social significance is unsourced. Looking through all of the sections, I see over 20 unsourced sentences. Per WP:DYKRULES, articles must be based on Wikipedia:Verifiability. Alternatively, this article does not meet Elgibility criteria #1 New. This article was made on June 26th, and the DYK nomination was on July 17th. As new articles must be nominated with a week of their creation to DYK, this is way too late to be considered at DYK as it's been 3 weeks since article creation. Of these two points, I'm concerned the most about the amount of unsourced material. Therefore, this article cannot be accepted at DYK. Please take a look at Wikipedia:Did you know for a better understanding of the DYK eligibility rules. I hope this does not discourage you from nominating articles in the future. Thank you for nominating this article at DYK :) --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 21:43, 17 July 2021 (UTC)
