  • Concerned about notability. The whole article is "he was begotten by this king and this warrior, he begot so-and-so". No information about him the person. As such I will AFD this article. Crisco 1492 (talk) 04:38, 14 September 2011 (UTC)
  • Suggesting an alternative hook because I don't like the non-neutral tone of the "plundered, conquered" part of the original hook, and I'm not convinced the article supports it:
  • I agree with Orlady, and support Alt1 Chienlit (talk) 16:40, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
  • AFD is now closed. Verdict Keep. So I assume this is ready to go. Chienlit (talk) 16:44, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
  • Has not had a formal review. I do not feel comfortable reviewing myself as I am still not convinced of the notability of the subject. Crisco 1492 (talk) 23:59, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
  • Regarding the hook fact itself, the sources that I've been able to access are tenuous. The only source that supports the lineage is that genealogical chart. This website about Vikings in Normandy makes no mention of Hiallt, and various online sources I've found that include the name "Hiallt" are about a Viking who figures in the history of Iceland. I'd like to know more about what the offline sources say about Hiallt. --Orlady (talk) 01:05, 26 September 2011 (UTC)
  • Since writing the above comment, I found one more source online: the Place names of Somerset. It does give additional support for the hook fact. I guess I'm OK with accepting the ALT1 hook. --Orlady (talk) 01:21, 26 September 2011 (UTC)
