These two articles are new enough and qualify for DYK under the length requirements. They are neutral and have Spanish sources which makes checking for copyright issues impossible. Some Spanish-language sources, such as that supporting the hook, resist being translated by Google Translate, so the hook facts are accepted in good faith.
