New article, long enough. DYK posted by due date. Neutral BLP, sourced. Earwig's Copyvio Detector: violation unlikely. Primary and ALT1 hooks verified on Jamaica's government website. ALT2 is less hooky and "senior" labels may not be the best. Putting this on hold, since QPQ is still pending.
