New enough and long enough, with an interesting citation. QPQ present. Unfortunately, I can't even get to the English-language source. It certainly seems this guy was a trailblazer in certain aspects of Chinese telecommunications, but it should be good AGF. Raymie (t • c) 02:50, 1 July 2019 (UTC)
