Talk page usage
To use this template on an article's talk page, place {{English variant notice/documentation/sandbox}}
near the top of the talk page. This produces the following:

Editnotice usage
To use this template on an article's editnotice, {{English variant notice/documentation/sandbox|form=editnotice}}
is placed (without |form=editnotice
if the template name ends with "editnotice") on the editnotice template. This produces the following:

All users can create editnotices for their user and talk pages but only administrators and template editors can create or edit editnotices in other namespaces.
