This template calls Module:RDIndex to generate a monthly index of a given Wikipedia Reference Desk from the archives.
It takes parameters year, month, desk (or maybe label...) ... (this isn't finalized yet).
The general idea is to create large, useful files about the Refdesk content that can be reached form a central index that passes month/year/desk parameters to this template, so that one person can actually, in a not very insane amount of time, copy up all the tables and create a Grand OpenOffice Calc Spreadsheet of the entire contents of the Refdesk from day 1.
