Usage
{{WikiProject cleanup group|Specific category}}{{WikiProject cleanup group|Specific category|Project name without the 'Wikipedia:WikiProject'}}
Just place this template on the WikiProject's page, as above, and it should create the correct links. Alternatively (if you want to link to the listing from some other page or the links don't work), you can put the name of the project as the first parameter, without the "Wikipedia:WikiProject" prefix.
