GSX1400

[edit]

Can someone please add the GSX1400 to the "Naked Bike" portion of this template ?? The GSX1400 was produced from 2001 to the end of the 2007 model year. This addition is wayyyyy beyond my technical abilities :-).H2RICK (talk) 01:23, 31 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

80's?

[edit]

Any chance of taking this back to include the 80s? (though it's not anything I could do!) Hogyn Lleol (talk) 12:54, 28 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

We need to make additional template that would cover for example 1970-1980s. You can prepare it as .xls or some image file and I can convert it to wiki markup--UrSuS (talk) 14:01, 16 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How far can we spread these three decades (1990s through 2010s)? Is it too early to split the template into 80s and 90s, and then into 00s, and 10s? We also need to add 2012 soon. In timelines, do we add vehicles based on the model year, or the actual time they were shipped to the dealers? theUg (talk) 05:35, 7 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think it is worth splitting off 80s and 90s to a separate template now. As for years, I would say it goes on year of manufacture. Model year is more applicable to cars and is almost entirely an American concept, whereas Wikipedia is a global encyclopaedia applicable to many English speaking countries that don't commonly use model years. --Biker Biker (talk) 08:03, 7 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

250 & 400

[edit]

We need to add the GSF250, which does not appear here. Also the GSF400 was actually produced (albeit only for export) until 2000. Sorry, I'm not up to doing it myself Hogyn Lleol (talk) 16:57, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bandit 600 > 650

[edit]

Could we split the Bandit 600 line? From 2005 the Bandit 600 was replaced by the Bandit 650. Thanks. Hogyn Lleol (talk) 06:54, 17 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

FXR150

[edit]

Can someone please add the FXR150 to the "Street Bike" portion of this template ?? The FXR150 was produced from 2nd half 1997 to the Feb of 2003. This addition is wayyyyy beyond my technical abilities :-) thank you —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.82.94.114 (talk) 04:36, 6 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

DRZ 400

[edit]

Hi, the DRZ 400 belongs somewhere on this timeline. probably in the dual sport category. they also made dirt and supermoto specific versions of the same bike. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.23.47.250 (talk) 20:49, 6 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

GSX1100G

[edit]

The GSX1100G was made from 1991 thru 1993 in the states. In Europe it was continued thru 1996. Also to be clear, Suzuki classified the GSX1100G as a sport touring bike. Not a naked or standard. Sources my self owning two right now and Suzuki Motor Co. web site. ( Signed Ross T) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.18.28.226 (talk) 22:35, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

SV650(S)

[edit]

In 2016, Suzuki resumed production of the SV650. (Previously Gladius according to the wiki page). Fairing model S is still discontinued. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 5.33.1.126 (talk) 20:44, 29 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Bandit GSF600 years

[edit]

For some reason this template shows the GSF600 bandit as ending in 2003. Can someone please correct this? It should include the 2004 model year. Here is the source: http://www.suzukicycles.org/Bandit-series/GSF600-GSF600S.shtml Cstokesrees (talk) 12:11, 21 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

V-strom 250/1050

[edit]

Can someone add the Vstrom 250 and 1050 into this template. I'm new and don't know how to do many things so I'm asking for someone else to do this for me. Please and thank you. KenG732 (talk) 4:20, 25 April 2021 (UTC)
