Ekaterina Sedia was born in Moscow, Russia^[1] but then moved to New Jersey. She went to college in New Jersey and now teaches botany and plant ecology at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. She blogs about fashion a lot as well as television and books. She maintains a blogspot^[2] and a tumblr^[3]). She is highly interested in feminism. She lives at home with her husband and two cats. She enjoys gardening and cooking. Sedia has written many novels and short stories. She also occasionally edits anthologies.
