Togetter is a service that members can use to compile content posted on the microblogging social networking service Twitter. Mr. Yoshida came up with the initial concept for Togetter, which would enable him to drag-and-drop "tweets" and view them as a customized list, while preparing "tweets" for a presentation describing an IT event in September 2009.

On Togetter, users can select tweets (via drag-and-drop) and organize originally scattered tweets into an orderly list. Users can also personalize the lists by changing visuals such as the text color and the order of posts. The service is often used to extract interesting content posted by users, organize real-time accounts of various events, and make disputes on Twitter easier to follow.
