Mark Elenowitz is an investment banker and public speaker. Mr. Elenowitz is the CEO of TriPoint Global Equities (TriPoint), a managing director of the firm and the Managing Director of TriPoint Capital Advisors, LLC, a merchant banking and financial consulting affiliate of TriPoint. He is also the Founder and CEO of BANQ®, the first investment bank to develop and deploy a crowd-finance model for public and private offerings. BANQ allows issuers to conduct offerings and raise capital under Reg A+, the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act and enables investors to deposit and liquidate Reg A+ investment shares trading on the NYSE, NASDAQ, OTC, OTCQB® or OTCQX®.
