David Korins (born August 4, 1976) is a New York designer for television, theatre, opera, film, music festivals, commercial spaces, immersive experiences, and musical theatre. He graduated with a BA from University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

David Korins Broadway credits include: Motown; Annie; Bring It On: The Musical; Chinglish; Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike; An Evening with Patti LuPone & Mandy Patinkin; Magic/Bird; Godspell; Pee-wee Herman Stage Show; Lombardi; Passing Strange; Bridge & Tunnel

David served as Kanye West’s creative director, designing several concerts in the United States and abroad. He has designed installations across the country for music and arts festivals including ,Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival , Lollapalooza, South by Southwest, Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival ,Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival, and the Great Googa Mooga He has been the production designer for several feature films, television specials and series on ABC, CBS, HBO, Bravo , IFC, Comedy Central, Lifetime and the Game Show Network . David has done commercial work for Acuvue, Target, Samsung, World MasterCard, McDonald’s and Friendly's.



Awards[edit]

Drama Desk Award, a Lucille Lortel Award, three Henry Hewes Awards and the 2009 Obie Awards for Sustained Excellence in Design. He is currently designing a permanent attraction called "Broadway 4D," a groundbreaking blend of theater, film, and theme park that will provide a unique, star-studded look into the history of Broadway musicals. He is also engaged as a designer with the Fireman Hospitality Group, which owns and operates Fiorellos, Red Eye Grill, Bond 45, Brooklyn Diner and Trattoria Del Arte restaurants.
