CricHQ is a social network and content management platform specifically targeting the sport cricket.
The platform features mobile applications for iOS and Android, and a website. It has gained popularity through crowd sourcing of content via free live match capture and viewing. It is also used by many major cricket countries and associations to manage entire sport landscapes.
CricHQ global headquarters are in Wellington, New Zealand, but it also has global offices in India, UK, Pakistan and South Africa.[1] The company also boasts over 30 current and past international cricket stars as investors.[2]
History
[edit]The company CricHQ was founded by Brendon McCullum, Stephen Fleming and Simon Baker in 2009. Whilst it originally started as a mobile application for the purposes of scoring complicated cricket matches. It is now a multi platform cricket management product that cricket entities all around the world use.
