Kube

Kube, or Kuba, is a Kurdish dish that is also popular in the Levant, It is basically a filled dumpling, The filling usually consists of ground meat, onion, nuts and spices and sometimes raisin all sauted together and the crust consists of either bulgur or rice. The Kube is deep fried and served with lentil soup and an array of vegetables.
