Pierlugi Concutelli (born in Rome, 3 June 1944) is an ex Italian terrorist and neo-fascist. Having left his native Rome for Palermo he becomes a member of the Giovane Italia. While attending university he becomes a leader of the local FUAN section. In 1969 he is convicted to two years' inprisonment for possessing firearms, having taken part in para-military exercises at a shooting range in the Palermo suburb of Bellolampo.

He became a member, together with Francesco Mangiameli, of Ordine Nuovo, rising to become one of its leaders. In July 1972 he is again arrested while on para-military exercises, this time in Menfi.

In 1975 he is selected as a candidate for the Italian Social Movement–National Right party, wins 950 votes but doesn't get elected. In the same year his is also alleged to have been organiser of the Luigi Mariano kidnapping, and in August he escapes to Spain. He is subsequently thrown out of MSI-DN.

On the 10th of July 1976 he kills the Magistrate Vittorio Occorsio and he is is arrested in Rome on the 13th of February 1977. While in jail in Novara he kills, together with Mario Tuti, two other neo-fasist terrorists: Ermanno Buzzi in 1981 and Carmine Palladino in 1982.
