He initially undertook three A-Levels, consisting of Photography, Film studies and History; dropping the latter after the first year. He achieved grades D and C respectively.

From the 6th January 2014- 17th December 2018, he was enrolled in the Air Training Corps (ATC); reaching the rank of Cadet Flight Sergeant in his final year. He was on of the few interviewed in 2018, for the position of "Station Commanders Cadet" at RAF Cosford. The interview being conducted by Former Group Captain Tone Baker and Station Warrant Officer Brian Hagan. He was unsuccessful. His time in cadets has been described as some of the best moments of his life. Which also taught invaluable life skills and lessons.

His initial plan after full time education was to join the Navy, starting the application process. However, soon after leaving education, he no longer wished to pursue the career, citing lack of core life experiences. This lead to a few months of uncertainty, resulting in hastily applying for jobs. Throughout this period, he refused to sign on to universal credit.
