Setting

1. Download free software GIMP from http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
2. Install and run GIMP on your computer.

Procedure

1. Import the target image into GIMP as "embedded"
2. Creating new layer and set style "Multiply"
3. Paint color target region (If image was gray scale mode, set mode RGB (Image->Mode->RGB))
4. Manipulate "Hue-Saturation" (Colors->Hue-Saturation), or "Opacity" of the created layer
5. Export image as PNG (File->Export)
