Since launching its first ''Xpress''Bold text commuter service with two routes in June 2004, the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA) now operates or manages 33 express bus routes in metropolitan Atlanta. As of the fall of 2012, future changes to the XpressItalic text service are under review.
