Request reason:

I am not sure what just happened but I went to publish some major changes on an article and all of a sudden it said I was blocked. The admin did not leave a reason other than check user block and made it for a year, which seems unreasonable to me for someone who has not done anything wrong . Can someone explain this to me and unblock me please?
