Sorry - didn't quite realize what you were doing, as you left no comments on any talk pages regarding merge/redirects, and it's generalyl considered bad form to do that sort of thing without asking for input/objections/advice from other editors. I certainly have no intention of revert-warring with you, although I do intend to ask around at WP:MILHIST to see if there is any kind of consensus one way or another. Again, sorry - I thought your edit was vandalism, it obviously wasn't, and I apologise for calling it that. I didn't post anything on the talk page for the simple reason that, acting under the assumption that I was reverting vandalism, I didn't feel it necessary to do so (as vandals aren't usually interested in conversation). Obviously, that was the wrong tack, as you weren't/aren't a vandal. If you want to discuss a merge/redirect, I'd be more than happy to do so.
To repeat - sorry for the accusations of vandalism, as they were misplaced. Carom 23:57, 13 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Evading blocks[edit]

Hi. Please don't evade blocks with sock puppets. There is a process to follow if you have repented and wish to be unblocked, or feel the block was unfair, you cannot simply create a new user account and start editing with this. For information on this process see here. Morwen - Talk 17:22, 16 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
