Your draft article

[edit]

Hello Dnikkir,

I think that your article is ready to move to main space now, and I thank you for your kind words on my talk page. By the way, I wrote an article about mountaineer and antiquarian book expert Glen Dawson. Glen, who is now 100 years old now, testified at Stephen Blumberg's trial.

Thank you for helping to improve the encyclopedia. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 15:44, 27 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for creating Basbanes article

[edit]

Hi - Thanks for creating the article on Nicholas Basbanes - I first encountered him on Booknotes back in the 90s, and I have been thinking that he merits an article for a while, but I hadn't gotten around to it. Keep up the good work! KConWiki (talk) 13:45, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I am taking the liberty of going to the other WP articles that mention Basbanes or use one of his books as a citation, and linking those mentions or citations to this article (example). KConWiki (talk) 14:05, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
(Posting this on both my user page and yours...) I have now linked all the Basbanes mentions or citations I could find from other WP articles to the newly created Nicholas Basbanes article, so that its incoming links look like this. This is in keeping with the philosophies of Wikipedia:Build the web and Wikipedia:Walled garden. Also - If you need any input on any of your future WP endeavors, please feel free to let me know. KConWiki (talk) 17:39, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Hi - I responded to your question about the YouTube link on my talk page. Thanks KConWiki (talk) 14:50, 26 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Nicholas A. Basbanes may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s and 1 "{}"s likely mistaking one for another. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
