Welcome to Wikipedia. We need expert chemists. A couple of suggestions for a newcomer. Wikipedia does not seek specialized literature citations as much as we seek citations to reviews and books. See the guidelines at WP:SECONDARY. We are not Chemical Reviews or a chemistry journal, we aim for citations to broad overviews. You should be very, very careful about citing your own work - see WP:COI. But I hope that you can pull yourself away from your own specific research to discuss things more broadly, because we need experts, just ones that can be pretty objective.
