MSR[edit]

Thanks for your comment on MSR in the Phoenix (spacecraft) article - if you can find sources for similar statements then I'd love to see a paragraph in the article mentioning that the holy grail of Mars science always seems to be 10 years away in the budget and that a mission like Phoenix is attainable because of X, Y, and Z.
