Improper removal of references again

[edit]

Hi, in these edits you again removed references, which I have restored and expanded with archives. As previously noted, if a reference is dead, please try to find an archived version at archive.org. If that's too much work, please flag it as a dead link like this: <ref>http://foo.bar {{dead link}}</ref> It is rarely a good idea to remove references, especially when you leave behind controversial statements like "claims arose that the film has faint resemblance to the 2009 German comedy film Soul Kitchen." We need more references, not fewer. Thank you. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:51, 2 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright problem icon Your addition has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Diffs: Content you submitted in these edits can be found word-for-word in this source. Content you submitted in these edits like "he was escaped by whisker" can be found verbatim in this source. You may not copy or even closely paraphrase content from other sources in this way, even if you link to the site. All prose content is protected by copyright and can only be used liberally if there is a free license to do so. Excerpts are permitted if presented as direct quotations, but you cannot build an entire wall of content based on copy/pasted prose and quotations. The fact that the English was very bad and full of jargon like "The incident happened while canning a scene" should have been a clue that it was problematic, because that's not the tone appropriate for an encyclopedia. If you submit copyright violations whether text or media again, I will interrupt your editing privileges. This doesn't make the encyclopedia stronger, it weakens it. Unsourced summary of critical response.

[edit]

Please don't summarize critical response[1] without attributing that summary to a specific reliable published source. We are not Rotten Tomatoes, and it is not our job to cherrypick several reviews then summarize that selection. Let professionals say, "the film received generally positive reviews". See MOS:FILM Thanks. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 00:28, 5 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Your GA nomination of Peruchazhi

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:Dharmajan Bolgatty at Punchirikku Parasparam Press Conference.jpg.

This image is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such images would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a screenshot of a computer game or movie. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original image must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.

While the description page states who made this derivative work, it currently doesn't specify who created the original work, so the overall copyright status is unclear. If you did not create the original work depicted in this image, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright.

If you have uploaded other derivative works, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 12:42, 26 April 2016 (UTC). If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 12:42, 26 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
