Bogus deletion proposal

The article has been proposed for deletion allegedly because Wikipedia is "not for personal essays" However that section of explicitly says that "Personal essays on topics relating to Wikipedia are welcome in your user namespace or on the Meta-wiki."
The problem was that I inadvertently created the page as a subpage of "Jorge Stolfi" rather than "User:Jorge Stolfi". Apparently someone moved it to the right name while I was still editing. --Jorge Stolfi (talk) 21:16, 20 December 2009 (UTC)
