-Lead: Possibly include the origin of the case, rather than going straing into the coutome/decision?

-Background: I think you have a really good foundation, but I would suggest adding more information on the problems the 1800 Chinese students had with their placements (maybe reference the lasting effects?)

-Decision of the Supreme Court: I would also suggest including a section (or maybe just explicitly stating) the relevant law/issue at hand in this case. Also, including block quotes from the opinion would help (especially when you talk about Justices Stewart, Burger, and Blackmun).

Introduction seems really good – only thing I would suggest is maybe adding something about how it violated the Civil Rights Act on certain grounds, like disparate impact.

Background

Good + thorough info in this section, but maybe consider adding more citations if it's all from the same source? Like even citing the same source multiple times (if different pages) just to confirm that all the evidence is tied to a source.

Any more information on the other Chinese students who weren't Lau or what resources they had at their disposal? That's something that I'd personally be interested in + also wondering how a collective of limited-English high school students were able to take the case so far.

Legacy

This section is also good! It leaves me wondering about the Lau Remedies – maybe if there's more info you have, that would be something to flesh out or link to. Also, consider adding a date to Alexander v. Sandoval, and maybe explaining it some more – might just be me but I'm not really sure what "de facto laws" means since I thought that anything that was legally codified would then be de jure? Also, wondering if the verdict of Alexander v. Sandoval effectively overrules Lau v. Nichols.

Overall this article seems very good + close to completion!
