Please do not add {{guideline}} in inappropriate places. I just removed it from two different locations that you added it to. Continuing to do so will result in a block for disruption. Thanks, Keeper | 76 | Disclaimer 21:23, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re : vandal[edit]

vandals can be spotted very easily by using the javascript tool Twinkle or using the old school way. The old school way consits of going to the history page and use the compare section button. One of the most common ways to indentifie vandals is by checking if the current vesion has any bad words like F*U**K or capitlised wordsAlexnia (talk) 10:50, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There is a Newsletter for you at WPF1. I 'run' it sort of. We also need editors. Chubbennaitor 08:20, 22 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

June 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on User:Motorhead12. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. All historic edits can be viewed, even if you edit out the actual attack. Doctoring of your user page to remove warnings and other templates doesn't help. Hello, Motorhead12. You have new messages at TheChrisD's talk page.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

Please stop. If you continue to blank out or delete portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did to User:Motorhead12, you will be blocked from editing. TheChrisD RantsEdits 14:39, 22 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet[edit]

I know but the way you act and your name and reasons are suspicious. Motofan was a good friend and good man but if you are Motofan I'm sorry but it is an important WP rule that I understand. Chubbennaitor 14:56, 22 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Short block[edit]

You have been temporarily blocked from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

This is unacceptable from anybody, and coming on top of concerns regarding this account is really not a good idea. You have been blocked for 24 hours, and I suggest a clear change of tack in your future interactions.

I would also comment that, for a new account, you have very quickly grasped the meaning and implications of the term "sockpuppet". This, of course, is perfectly possible, but it is another example of how "misunderstandings" can arise when others have legitimate concerns. Nobody wants to deter a good contributor, but then nobody wants a disruptive account to resume their poor behaviour - and your attitude can go a long way to making sure the right decision is made. Request reason:

I have the right to edit my own user page as I please and I only want to do positive edits to Wikipedia without being accused of sockpuppetry.

Decline reason:

Duplicate request, see below. UltraExactZZ Claims ~ Evidence 12:31, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I'm a bit baffled, here. What productive purpose do you believe is served by tagging yourself as a sockpuppet of numerous other editors? – Luna Santin (talk) 09:01, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I wanted to have revenge on TheChrisD for suspecting me as being a sockpuppet.

Decline reason:

Based on the block message above and your contributions, it looks like you were blocked for this personal attack. The block, though it mentioned other issues (such as sockpuppet allegations), did not refer to those as a rationale for blocking. So, unfortunately, whether you are a sockpuppet or not is immaterial. Since the block is almost over anyway, I would recommend you let it go, refrain from personal attacks, and please stop editing your user page in a manner that suggests you are a sockpuppet (i.e. by claiming that you are with templates). Sorry[edit]

I apologise for personal attacks to TheChrisD and I only got carried away after being accused of sockpuppetry. I also apologise for any inconvenience that I may have caused. I know Flyhead personally but I am not a sockpuppet of him.Motorhead12 (talk) 11:30, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
