Per the GAN instructions Nominators must have contributed significantly to the article and be familiar with its subject and cited sources. Reviewers have the discretion to remove any drive-by nominations they come across. I don't believe you have significantly contributed to this article (per page stats only 6%) or are familiar with the cited sources. We are still busy expanding this article and it is not GA ready. Q is the article creator, and is familiar with subject. And who's "we" that's expanding the article? You? The article is pretty much complete and is predicted to be B-class or higher. They created the article and contributed 6% to it. How is that a significant contribution and how does that make them familiar with all the cited sources if they barely contributed?
