Once again, there is a consensus not to use flag icons in this way. If you continue to add them it is likely that you will be blocked. Please find something more productive to do. If you are unhappy with the guidance we have agreed regarding flags, you could challenge it at WT:MOSICON, but please do not continue to add flags in this way.
