Yes please[edit]

The basics of Booth's family would be useful. YellowMonkey (bananabucket!) 03:35, 17 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

REplied. Siblings would be interesting, and any bits and pieces on hockey as the others don't explain anything they just go straight to the olympics YellowMonkey (bananabucket) 02:08, 21 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for that. Pretty quiet on the FAC YellowMonkey (bananabucket) 04:55, 23 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Debut page[edit]

I'm following your incremental tabulation of the 2006 debuts page with great interest...it's definitely moving in the right direction. I've started to look at improving the 2009 version... see User:The-Pope/Sandbox2 for a "oh my god how many columns do you want" version. I might cut it back a bit, but I think once we get a decent style, we could get them to WP:FL status I reckon. The main benefit I see in making it one table is the sortability. Who was the oldest/youngest in the league, who played the most games/most goals, who got a rising star nomination (I know that some rising stars are 2nd/3rd year players - maybe add it to the notes in the previous year too - maybe move all of it to the notes column) etc. A useful site I found to help out is this excel to wiki cut and paste converter. Very useful! Cheers The-Pope (talk) 12:10, 22 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Stats.Rleague.com[edit]

There's a discussion about it started at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/York Park/archive2. I'm sure more people will weigh in, although there's nothing else that I can use. Aaroncrick (talk) 10:27, 27 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

NowCommons: File:Thomas playford II.jpg[edit]

File:Thomas playford II.jpg is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:File:Thomas playford II.jpg. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all Wikimedia wikis. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[File:Thomas playford II.jpg]]. Note that this is an automated message to inform you about the move. This bot did not copy the image itself. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 22:33, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Youngest politician[edit]

Thanks - having written the article on Corboy I had a bit of an advantage in this area. I too was surprised to see the number of (often highly respected) places the Jones claim was repeated, so it was good to be able to fix it up. Frickeg (talk) 23:16, 10 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Nash[edit]

I can keep an eye on it for you. So can the rest of CRIC YellowMonkey (bananabucket) 03:58, 22 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Abir Congo Company[edit]

Many thanks for starting this review. I will take a look through the points you have raised and try to resolve them (on the GA subpage) as soon as I get time (probably either later today or tomorrow). Thanks also for your spelling/grammar corrections - Dumelow (talk) 16:34, 28 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Picture of John Macadam in Commons[edit]

Hi Roisterer, would you mind to upload the image of John Macadam on the Wikimedia commons? I have translated the article into German and this picture of him in the german article would be great. I don't dare to upload it myself because I'm not sure if the picture is public domain in Germany too.

best wishes,--Fecchi (talk) 17:16, 3 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, it's me again. I'm not familiar with the commons and just noticed the CommonsHelper. This tool makes it easy for me to upload the image.--Fecchi (talk) 18:15, 3 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
