Your reversion of my edit to "Assam Rifles"[edit]

Greetings and felicitations. I noticed that you reverted my edit to "Assam Rifles" with the comment

As a heading of a section, the sentence should be in Title Case which it was initially.

I'm afraid I must beg to differ. Per WP:SECTIONHEAD:

Section headings should generally follow the guidance for article titles (above), and should be presented in sentence case (Funding of UNESCO projects in developing countries), not title case (Funding of UNESCO Projects in Developing Countries).

I was sure to have read the guide specifying the headings to be in title case. Perhaps I was mistaken, or it was revised(which I don't think is the case). My sincere apologies and I will be sure to re-read the manual again to avoid future slip ups such as this. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

Hello. I noticed recently that I was blocked for being a sockpuppet, however, I would like to state that I am not a sockpuppet of another account nor am I engaged in any sockpuppet activity. Please allow me to elaborate - Without giving away too much of my personal information, I live in the state of Mizoram in Northeast India, in the district of Champhai(not permanent residence). I was referred to as having interest in Government services. As with many other people, I am interested in Government services because a close relative of mine is engaged with it. Also, my career path I have chosen is Government services (specifically State Civil Services and Indian Administrative Service). Since I have intimate knowledge of the service, specifically of District Magistrates, of whom I have the means to get firsthand information and sources, and I have the means and ways of confirmation of the legitimacy of data put forward by other sources, I have, after noticing some misinformation and lack of information regarding District Magistrates and SP, edited and added relevant information to the page. As for the breaks that seemed to coincide with other alledged sockpuppet account's activities - I have not used my Wikipedia account for edits other than the Assam Rifles, District Magistrate, Champhai district and Superintendent of Police as far as I can remember. Before that, I used my account solely just for viewing pages, sometimes, not signed into a Wikipedia account at all. As I never had the time to take on the task of editing anything before because I am currently a student of an university in Kolkata in West Bengal in India. The edits that I did make were during bouts of brief breaks wherein I had both the time and passion to research and edit pages. I am now in my final year of education and I had intended to further increase my contribution to Wikipedia after I complete university. Since my last edit, I have been(and still am) inundated with academic work and other works. I have no knowledge of the user, Nairhardwell, other than the fact that I noticed he was also making edits to the District Magistrate page. As for the claim that my edits do not look like a beginner's, I want to state that I am not new to writing. I have written some amount of university level research papers and assignments that are needed for course completion. I am, however, new to editing in Wikipedia and I take care to check editing guides and instructions. However, I still do make mistakes, one of which is the "topic headings in sentence case" mistake I made of which I was corrected by another user. From then on, I was a bit disheartened from editing (not because of the user who corrected me but because of the fact that I made a mistake in editing that I was so confident about) and I have now re-read editing instructions so that I will not make the same mistakes again. As for the claim(?) that I was treating Wikipedia as a tabloid, editing and adding sensational content, I have not made any edits that would come close to being termed as a tabloid style writing or topic, or, sensational topics, the closest of which was the Assam Rifles content I added. That might be seen as controversial as it involves major entities within my country, but they were certainly not sensitive and does not go against Wikipedia's guidelines. My intentions were not of sensationalism or churning up controversy. As I had noticed that quite a major information was missing from the page, and that I had some firsthand access to sources and the means to validate sources, I added the topic. Although I feel I am certainly not in a position to highlight this fact - The user, Nairhardwell, seems to be based somewhere in South India with his past edits being concerned with places in South India. I attest that there is no relation with the user and/or other alleged sockpuppets to me apart from an interest in Government services which many people have throughout the world. I do have the original pictures of the photos of District Magistrate and SP cars that I had uploaded, with metadata intact. I am willing and keen to provide more proof that I am an unique user and not a sockpuppet. Please let me know.
