Formula 4 SEA

[edit]

Hi. I've seen you've just added the info for the F4 SEA race 3 in Sepang. I couldn't follow the live timing of that race because the one promoted by the series (Race Monitor) wasn't working. So I'd like to ask you if you know of another web where the data are being shown. Thanks. Sjælefred Herm (talk) 10:33, 6 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

MyLaps is providing data from the event as well as Race Monitor. So, here [1] is the link to this weekends results, which is where I acquired the results I added to the page. OR~Joshie93 10:39, 6 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Many thanks! That provider also yields the qualy lap times, and as race 4 pole is determined by the 2nd fastest lap in qualy (as said in their brochure), that data can be added as well. Sjælefred Herm (talk) 11:08, 6 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

A page you started (1954 Lady Wigram Trophy) has been reviewed!

[edit]

Thanks for creating 1954 Lady Wigram Trophy, OR~Joshie93!

Wikipedia editor Kudpung just reviewed your page, and wrote this note for you:

More sources needed

To reply, leave a comment on Kudpung's talk page.

Learn more about page curation.

@Kudpung: I agree. And this deletion discussion came to the conclusion that the 1951 event wasn't notable, and the source provided doesn't give any other impression either. OR~Joshie93, you've created the whole serious up until 1959, and I suggest you stop doing that and find out how to provide reliable sources instead. Failing that, I can only see the whole series getting deleted. Schwede66 09:48, 16 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
There are few resources to gain this information from. I am searching for said resources and hope to receive the necessary information. If they can't be found in the not-to-distant future, I wouldn't dispute a deletion. OR~Joshie93 15:12, 23 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Verifiability

[edit]

Hi there, I see on your user page that you have the "intention of keeping all information correct and up-to-date". Very laudable indeed. It would be good if you could add verifiability to your intentions, as that is one of Wikipedia's core content policies. Or in other words, please don't create articles that are unreferenced. Schwede66 23:32, 24 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Point taken. Thanks for the notification. OR~Joshie93 00:59, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Uploading your track map on wiki commons?

[edit]

Hello, I was looking for a track map to use in the German article of the Pukekohe Park Raceway, but I noticed your track map is only uploaded in the english wikipedia, and not in Commons. Could you maybe transfer the image so it can be used internationally? Thanks! Weldoffel (talk) 11:06, 17 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Can you please add your sources? All articles need clear sources. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 20:13, 4 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. The series has requirements to be eligible for the rookie's status, and as you can see, Shwartzman and some other drivers aren't rookie per the standings. It like in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship, if driver have already competed in ANY Formula 3 series, he isn't considered as rookie by the championship regulations, even if it is his first season in the series. Hello, SquirrelIAm. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Andy Knight".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 10:16, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, List of 2020 motorsport champions, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Invitation to an in-person meetup in Mohua / Golden Bay

[edit]
Golden Bay Air are holding some seats for us until 21 November

Thinking about your summer break? Think about joining other Wikipedians and Wikimedians in Golden Bay / Mohua! Details are on the meetup page. There's heaps of interesting stuff to work on e.g. the oldest extant waka or New Zealand's oldest ongoing legal case. Or you may spend your time taking photos and then upload them.

Golden Bay is hard to get to and the airline flying into Tākaka uses small planes, so we are holding some seats from and to Wellington and we are offering attendees a $200 travel subsidy to help with costs.

Be in touch with Schwede66 if this event interests you and you'd like to discuss logistics. Schwede66 09:14, 13 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
