A question.

[edit]

Hi, I am wondering about the reasons why you ignore the legitimate requests to explain on who concretely did invite you to join a discussion at the Occupation of the Baltic states page. If, for some reasons, you do not want to write openly about that, maybe, you can contact arbitrators privately and explain them these circumstances? I hope that could resolve a part of controversy, because, as far as I understand, if the person who invited you was not a participant of the current dispute, that is hardly a violation of our policy, especially, taking into account that you didn't participate in any edit wars or votes.--Paul Siebert (talk) 05:35, 22 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of arbitration enforcement

[edit]

As the result of an arbitration enforcement discussion, you are notified that you are topic banned indefinitely from the subject of Eastern Europe, broadly construed. This ban includes, but is not limited to, discussion of the subject on any page on Wikipedia, except to file an appeal to your sanction in the proper venue. You may appeal the sanction to the imposing administrator, the arbitration enforcement noticeboard, or the arbitration committee, either on the basis of error or to appeal for the sanction to be lifted after a period of good behavior. While the ban is in force, any edit in defiance of the ban will lead to a block from editing. Seraphimblade Talk to me 07:20, 23 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

UUNC, please, read this and comment. Your comments will not be considered as a violation of your topic ban, and will not inflict additional sanctions on you. --Paul Siebert (talk) 02:12, 25 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
