Can you please learn how to use references? The first time you use a reference, you may apply a name parameter. It's not needed if you're only planning on using it once. If you need to use it again later, all you have to do is use the named reference again. For instance, if the first reference is <ref name="First Goal">{{cite web|...}}<ref> then the next time, you simply use <ref name="First Goal" />. It's that simple. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
