Sorry, I don't understand what you're trying to say on my talk page. What article? Please reply here. Materialscientist (talk) 21:53, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I'd be very interested to know why, on 25 February 2014, you deleted my User page. It states: "25 February 2014 Materialscientist (talk | contribs) deleted page User:Vietnamvat (G3: Vandalism)". I'm mystified as to why you did this. Thank you so much.

Firstly, thanks for all the effort you are putting into this article. I have, however, tagged it for lack of references. Ideally, a reference should be provided for every fact stated and at least once per paragraph. In particular, the "Notable Old Bedfordians" must be referenced, especially for living people. I see you have just added Colville Wemyss as an old boy. You should add your source now before you "forget" where you found it. I know from personal experience that it is much harder to find a source at a later date than it is to do so now, when you presuambly have the source if front of you. Best wishes. -- Daemonic Kangaroo (talk) 11:04, 5 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Richard Frank Jolly, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Queensferry (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

How to sign talk page posts

[edit]

Information icon When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. Flat Out let's discuss it 13:00, 3 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Bedford School does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Where did you get the 29 September 1971 birthdate for John Moule? The Debrett's source gives his birthdate as 29 May 1971 and I'm unable to access the other source. --Lewis Hulbert (talk) 15:43, 15 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

From Who's Who, which states: MOULE, John Stuart, Born Shrewsbury, 29 Sept. 1971. I'd noticed the disparity, but would treat Who's Who as a more reliable source than Debrett's,

Awesome biography! You included the infobox, categories, links, filling out the persondata template completely, and wrote a great biography on top of that! I guess it will save work from other editors categorizing/linking/etc. ;)
