Speedy deletion of Belay Zelleke

Thank you for uploading this image. However, it would help other editors if you were to provide a description of exactly what this image is showing. For example, while it's clear that this is a traffic circle in (I assume) Bahir Dar, it's not clear whether "Giorgis" refers to the circle, the avenue beyond, or the neighborhood these are in.
