Viktor Grigoryevich Tsaryov (Russian: Виктор Григорьевич Царёв; 2 June 1931 – 2 January 2017) was a Russian footballer.

Career

During his career he played for FC Dynamo Moscow (1954–1966). He earned 12 caps for the USSR national football team, and participated in the 1958 FIFA World Cup, as well as the first ever European Nations' Cup in 1960, where the Soviets were champions.

After retirement, he became a football manager. By 2008, he was the chairman of the board of directors of FC Dynamo Moscow.[1]

Tsaryov died in Moscow on 2 January 2017 at the age of 85.[2][3]
