In 2008 they announced that the new home of Eleventh Hour in 2008 and beyond was now AAM/Markosia, the UK's premiere comic book publisher. The team at OUC have enjoyed a fantastic working relationship with AAM/Markosia over the last couple of years, contributing to such AAM/Markosia titles as Smoke & Mirror, Of Bitter Souls, Heretic, Shadowmancer, The Flying Friar, Kong of Skull Island and, in the near future, Starship Troopers. AAM/Markosia saw the huge potential in the smash hit anthology series, and, working closely together, we'ensured that Eleventh Hour Vol 1 will take the Eleventh Hour series to whole new level in terms of quality of both art and storytelling. Featuring twelve unique stories by the skilled writers of Orang Utan Comics Studio, and 80 pages of gorgeous greyscaled black and white artwork from our talented artists from across the globe, Eleventh Hour Vol 1 is sure to set the bar for anthology comics for some years to come. A Pistol for Ringo ( The film starred Montgomery Wood and co-starred Fernando Sancho, Nieves Navarro, George Martin, Antonio Casas, José Manuel Martín and Hally Hammond. [6] Cast[edit]
Plot[edit]The film opens as the films protagonist, a gunfighter known as "Angel Face" or Ringo, kills four men in a gunfight. He is then arrested for manslaughter and locked up in the city jail where he awaits trial. Meanwhile, Major Clyde and his daughter Ruby are celebrating Christmas with several guests on their ranch. They are interrupted by a bandit gang who storm the hacienda and take them hostage. The bandits have narrowly escaped from a bank robbery in which their leader Sancho has been wounded. In a desperate attempt to deter their pursuers, they decide to hold the family hostage threatening to execute two a day until they are allowed to go free. The house is surrounded by a posse led by the town sheriff, however he fears for the safety of the hostages, including his fiancee Ruby, if he attempts to free the hostage by force. He decides to enlist the aid of Ringo, who agrees to infiltrate the gang and free the hostages in exchange for his freedom and a percentage of the stolen money. He manages to successfully join up with the gang, posing as a fellow outlaw on the run, however Ringo's plans quickly become complicated as Sancho begins ordering the execution of hostages as well as the tension within the house as Delores, Sancho's woman, encourages Major Clyde's romantic feelings while one of Sancho's men begins making advances towards Major Clyde's daughter, Ruby. He at first seems to double-cross the sheriff, however he succeeds in deceiving Sancho and allows the sheriff and his posse to storm the hacienda freeing the hostages and defeating Sancho and his bandits. Production[edit]Encouraged by the success of Sergio Leone's Fistful of Dollars the previous year, of which he helped write, Duccio Tessari decided to produce his own western. A well-known screenwriter of horror and "sword-and-sandal" films, he had previously worked with several Spaghetti Western directors, most notably "the two Sergios", as the co-writer of Sergio Leone's The Colossus of Rhodes (1960) and Sergio Corbucci's Romulus and Remus (1961). He directed his first film Sons of Thunder (1962) and, after co-writing Leone's Fistful of Dollars, he began production of his first western, A Pistol for Ringo. He had originally developed the story and co-wrote the script with Alfonso Balcázar. The story differs from Leone's Fistful of Dollars in that is focused on several characters, instead of the protagonist Ringo. Although often argued by Sergio Leone that female protagonists tend to slow down the action of a film, Tessari successfully used female co-stars Hally Hammond and Nieves Navarro to in fact speed up the films' narrative. There is also a much more humorous theme, and at times uses slapstick comedy, compared to usual Spaghetti Westerns. The interaction between actors was more relaxed to fully develop the effect of comedic sequences. The main character, loosely based on gunfighter Johnny Ringo, was portrayed as a sort of parody of Leone's The Man With No Name character being more talkative, well dressed, clean-shaven and preferring milk to whiskey. Casting[edit]The cast, both leading and supporting roles, were primarily made up of Italian and Spanish actors including Montgomery Wood and Hally Hammond, born Giuliano Gemma and Lorella De Luca respectively. This was also the feature film debut of Giuliano Gemma, previously having a minor role in Tessari's Sons of Thunder, and would go on to star in a number of other Spaghetti Westerns including One Silver Dollar (1965) and Adios, Gringo (1965). Shortly after the film was released, Gemma compared his role as Ringo to his character in Sons of Thunder commenting "For this film, I acted a character who was a little like the one I had played in "Sons of Thunder". Quite simply, I was in a different costume and a different setting." Howard Hughes' Once Upon a Time in the Italian West: The Filmgoers' Guide to Spaghetti Westerns, Christopher Frayling's Spaghetti Westerns: Cowboys and Europeans from Karl May to Sergio Leone His Spanish co-star, 49-year-old veteran actor Fernando Sancho, was a familiar face in Spanish and Italian cinema appearing in over a hundred films as well as appearances in King of Kings (1961) and Lawrence of Arabia (1962). He also starred in the parody film Toto of Arabia (1964). Like Gemma, he would also star in a number of other Spaghetti Westerns, most notably as General Ortiz in Minnesota Clay (1966). Lorella De Luca had been in minor "sword-and-sandal" and "muscleman" films, often cast as a princess or slave girl such as Sign of the Gladiator (1965). She had made her film debut appearing in Federico Fellini's The Swindle (1955) and had a brief stint on the Italian game show Il Musichiere as a show girl. Filming[edit]Shot on location in Almeria, Spain, most of the filming took place during early 1965 prior to its premiere in Italy and Spain later that year. Reaction[edit]A Pistol for Ringo was a huge success on the domestic market following its release in Italy on May 12 and in Spain on December 9, 1965; the film made over 17,379,404 ₧ Pts (US: $104,450) in Spain alone. In early 1966, the film was also shown across Western Europe during early 1966. A Pistol for Ringo' would not appear in Finland and Sweden until early the next year. In Scandinavia, the film generally received an "over 16" rating in Norway (16), Finland (K-16) and Sweden (15 År) while having a significantly higher rating in West Germany (FSK 18) and the United Kingdom (U). It also did well in the United States where it premiered in New York City on November 2, 1966. The film particularly stood out from its American counterparts, mostly consisting of lower quality b-movies. Its theme, composed by Ennio Morricone and performed by Maurizio Graf, was a more traditional American western ballad compared to his previous work on Spaghetti Westerns and proved popular rising to number one on the Italian charts. There were some scenes cut in the English-language version to make it more focused on its action and dramatic elements. One scene which was cut includes Ringo removing the bullet from Sancho's shoulder. This specific scene was originally used to explain why Filipe, one of Sancho's henchmen wears a bandage on his hand (Ringo had previously broke his hand with a goblet). Other changes included removing the Christmas carolers and the opening farce duel as well as dialogue and name changes. One example was the during the final scene when Major Clyde throws a flintlock pistol to Ringo. In the English version, Major Clyde claims his grandfather used the pistol at the Battle of Waterloo, however in the original version he states the pistol was used at the Battle of Austerlitz. Austerlitz was used rather then the French defeat at Waterloo to please European audiences. The film retained its original title for the most part, however it was also re-titled as Ballad of Death Valley in the U.S. and Ringo: The Killer elsewhere. Cinematic influence[edit]The success of A Pistol for Ringo inspired numerous sequels, most notably $10,000 for Ringo (1965), Ringo and Gringo against Everyone (1966) and Two R-R-Ringos from Texas (1967). A musical comedy, A Woman for Ringo (1966), was also released and starred Sean Flynn and the Bayona Twins, Pili and Mili Bayona. However, the film received extremely poor reviews, as would most other western-themed musicals. Other such sequels included Ringo and His Golden Pistol (1966), [8] Ringo of Nebraska (1966) and Ringo the Face of Revenge (1967). [9] References[edit]

He is not only the father of STDPM, but loves neopets. He is the richest neopets person, and is a proud STDPM disease holder.

The Sud-Ouest group[edit]Besides Sud-Ouest, the group has progressively broadened and now also owns La Charente Libre, La Dordogne Libre, La République des Pyrénées, L’Eclair des Pyrénées-Pays de l’Adour. In 2007, the Groupe Sud-Ouest bought Le Midi Libre, L’Indépendant, Centre Presse (Aveyron) and Montpellier Plus from the group Le Monde, which was forced to sell this titles due to its crushing debt. These local papers of the Languedoc-Roussilon region, allow Groupe Sud-Ouest to extend outside the Aquitaine and Poitou-Charentes regions. Besides the dailies, the Groupe Sud-Ouest also owns the weekly magazines Le Résistant (Libourne), Haute Saintonge (Jonzac), Haute Gironde (Blaye), l’Hebdo de Charente Maritime (Surgères), La Semaine du Pays Basque, La Dépêche du Bassin and Le Journal du Médoc. The weeklies La Semaine du Roussillon, le Journal de Millau, l’Aveyronnais, le Catalan Judiciaire, Terre de Vins, Terres Catalanes all published in Languedoc-Roussillon have also been sold by Le Monde to Groupe Sud-Ouest in 2007. Groupe Sud-Ouest publishes various surf magazines, including Surf Session', Bodyboard, Surfer's Journal, a publishing house, éditions Sud-Ouest, that specializes in local history, tourism and fooding and the local TV TV7 Bordeaux. The revenue of the group was 325 Million Euros in 2006,[11] and after the absorption of the Languedoc-Roussillon papers, it expects a 555 Million Euros revenue.[12] The newspaper[edit]The newspaper Sud-Ouest distinguishes itself by a coverage more thorough than usual for a french local daily of the national and international news. Politically, the paper is rather neutral although it has once compared Bruno Mégret with Philippe Henriot after a meeting of the Front National in Bordeaux in the 1990s. It features an editorial cartoonist, Michel Iturria, and a regular opinion column signed by Franck de Bondt.

He used to go out with Alyssa Nelson but they broke up and he has moved on the better and hotter girls. BC LAX[edit]Alex was selected as a member of the BC Lax team in September of 2006. He has rode the bench for quiet some time now but hopes to sometime see the field. "This team is my life, I work hard and try my best everyday at practice but cant seem to get on the first line," says Alex. Sources[edit]24.218.217.182 (talk) 21:51, 3 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Christopher Mattew Lockart was born on July 4, 1992 in the slums of LA. Some of his nicknames include, The Illest, YoYo Maz, and Lockart. He is an aspiring rapper with a dream to become the best. He began his rapping career in 2006 after going to a rap club in South Central Los Angeles. "I met a man named Aaron Thomas in the bathroom of the club, after that i knew i wanted to be the illest rapper alive." <Chris Lockart/> After that moment he never looked back and wanted to be the greatest around. within his first year of rapping he came out with a popular album called Page 185. The album reached great success and became a favorite amongst the streets of Los Angeles. He is known for his hypnotic basslines and trampeling lyrics. He truly switches it up in his songs. his most famous song, Like Butter, is known as his anthem, and everywhere he goes people are asking him to "spit" a verse at them. Lockart is a very modest man if you get to know him, although he boasts in his music about being a beast chief and a cool mutha *****, he is alot different. he still puts on his tough guy act for those who do not know him. Lockart was not always at the top of his game. After Page 185 reached a gold album he felt invincible. He began to experiment with drugs and his songs would change from that point on. they were no longer the deep voiced strong lyrics they once were. Now they had become deeply influenced with african and indian culture. He felt as if he was bigger than jesus. he was not. After 3 painful months in the Hollywood Rehabilitaion center he felt like he wanted to leave the game. In his darkest of times he felt like he wanted out and never wanted to be reminded of this horrible thing again. His friends knew of his dreams and would not let him do this. His best friend Chris Miehl, would not let this happen. "I remember Chris came up to me, while i was sittin on the street corner, just wantin to jump in front of those cars to end the pain. He grabbed me, threw me to the sidewalk and hit me, but i knew it was more out of love then hate. He told me 'yo dawg, what are you doin!!!! you be on the top of yo game, you can't quit now, you can't go out bein a biter, you got to go out like the legends, you know like tupac. he felt like quittin at times but no he stayed in till the end.' I gotta thank chris for all of this man. he truly helped me get my game in order." We have Chris Miehl to thank, for getting his dark but still great rhymes back. life was not all recordings for this musical genius. he was countlessly challenged to battle, to dance battle, and to freestyle. He always had the freshest lyrics. "Yo i remember this one fool, was tryin to battle me, so he comes up to me wit his friends, and brings MY LYRICS prnted out on paper. He starts rappin from it that just made me mad. So i rip it from his hands, and show him what a true battle be like. Lets just say that no one knows that happened to him after that battle. I just hope i didnt blow his mind to bad. hahaa" Sources[edit]You know what i Mean? by MIchael Eric Dyson. Jfarag (talk) 22:00, 3 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
