Keep. The article needs expansion but the street is clearly historic and notable. Yes, if a street is lined with historic buildings then it is itself notable. This is not "inherited notability"; this is common sense (at least for an architectural historian). Delete Generic road that's only 300m long, lacks significant coverage why the street itself is notable rather than just being downtown by the train station and shopping center.
